Lead / Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (Remote/Hybrid Germany-wide)
Location: Remote or hybrid (within Germany)

Theyre now looking to expand their team with a skilled Lead or Senior Software Engineer with Ruby on Rails experience whos passionate about clean code mentoring others and building scalable systems.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Designing and building robust scalable applications using Ruby on Rails
- Leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Championing best practices like test-driven development (TDD) and clean architecture
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product and design teams
- Driving continuous improvement in tools processes and engineering standards
What Youll Bring:
- Solid professional experience with Ruby on Rails
- Strong understanding and practice of TDD
- Prior experience leading or mentoring engineers
- Fluent English and German
- Hands-on experience with AWS Docker or Kubernetes
