| Job Description: | The University of Floridas Division of Enrollment Management is actively searching for a service-oriented individual to join our OneStop Enrollment Services team. This role supports a collaborative effort between the offices of the University Registrar Admissions Student Financial Aid and Scholarships and the University Bursar to provide centralized student-centric enrollment services. The OneStop unit serves a high-volume fast-paced environment delivering enrollment support to 56000 enrolled students and 90000 applicants through virtual self-service and in-person modalities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Provide enrollment services information to prospective and current students and parents covering all aspects of the enrollment and retention process at UF.
- Assist students through multiple service channels including:
- In-person support at the public information lobby
- Phone assistance via the call center
- Virtual appointments through Zoom
- Email correspondence and case management
- Respond to inquiries accurately and efficiently ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of enrollment services processes and related resources to provide comprehensive support.

| Required Qualifications: | - High school diploma or equivalent and one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including class break weeks.

- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional relationships when working with sensitive and challenging information and situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate and interpret information.
- Strong user automated-systems skills including word-processing email and multi-line phone and administrative computing systems.
