General Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the end-to-end operational workflow of the eCommerce business ensuring smooth order fulfillment inventory management platform operations and process optimization.
Ensure financial accuracy efficiency and compliance across multiple online sales channels.
Lead mentor and develop a high performing team of finance professionals inventory management eCommerce operation by providing guidance training and performance feedback.
Collaborate closely with commercial customer service and finance teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance overall business operations.
Operations & Fulfillment:
Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment ensuring timely and accurate processing shipping and delivery.
Manage relationships with 3PL providers and fulfillment partners to optimize logistics and reduce costs.
Implement and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) with logistics providers to maintain high operational standards.
Platform Operations & Compliance:
Manage operations across various eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopee Lazada TikTok Shop ) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns promotions and product launches.
Finance & Cost Management:
Monitor operational costs fulfillment expenses and logistics costs to improve cost efficiency.
Work with finance teams on budgeting cost control and profitability analysis.
Ensure accurate reconciliation of sales returns refunds and chargebacks with finance and accounting teams
Functional Skills and Knowledge
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in finance accounting business or a related field is essential
At least 3 years work experience in financial management preferably in eCommerce retail or related Business
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite or related software including Microsoft excel and PowerPoint skills
Able written & verbal communication skills in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
