Job Summary

Locum Physician - Radiology - Diagnostic

Join a dedicated team at an esteemed facility in Kittanning PA where advanced imaging technology meets compassionate care. Located at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital you will have the opportunity to provide impactful care as a Diagnostic Radiologist starting November 2025. The hospital offers a range of services making it an ideal place for professionals eager to enhance their skills in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using XR CT MR Fluoroscopy Ultrasound and Nuclear Medicine.
Manage a subspecialty case mix including ER Fluoroscopy Nuclear Medicine Smokers Neuro Pediatric and Mammography diagnostic procedures.
Execute light interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies (thyroid lung liver bone renal) and drainages (paracentesis thoracentesis abscess drainages).
Conduct diagnostic lumbar punctures and myelograms.
Perform arthrograms for joint injuries including knee elbow hip ankle and shoulder.
Meet daily volume expectations of 90-100 cases and wRVUs of 60-70 per 8-hour shift.

Qualifications

Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology (REQUIRED).
Active Pennsylvania medical license (REQUIRED).
DEA Registration (REQUIRED).
Current NPDB report required for presentation (REQUIRED).
