Your Tasks

As a Research & Development trainee you will dive into different topics of your desire. From early-stage research discovery to product development to consumer insights and testing everything can be part of YOUR journey. Thereby you will be part of different Research & Development teams and focus on own projects and/or dive deep into the daily business. As our trainee program is designed to equip you with the skills and mindset needed to navigate the future R&D challenges you will be part of global and regional teams in order to gather a holistic view of our scientific world. From day one you are taking ownership to co-create and shape the future of our company.

Your Profile
- You graduate in science (Life Science related studies as Molecular biology Bioinformatics Chemistry Biochemistry Biology Data Science or comparable) and are passionate about creating innovative products
- You were able to gain first practical and international experience
- You have excellent analytical skills and can develop creative solutions
- Your strengths include flexibility open-mindedness excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as initiative
- A strong team player with the ambition to lead your own projects
- Passion: Enthusiastic about innovating in skincare merging scientific expertise with creativity to develop groundbreaking products
