We are looking for a Supervisor Materials to join our Juarez Praderas Team

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for cycle counting and inventory accuracy.
Assists Value Streams on inventory reduction activities and safety stock recommendations.
Responsible for Shipping Receiving Warehousing and Stockroom.
SAP knowlage for Materials - provides factory wide support and training.
Responsible for establihsing material flow between Sites external warehouses and local suppliers
Responsible for establishing Lean metods to supply the material to the production floor.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

2 years related experience in Materials Area
Experience in: Inventory Management Inventory Control.
2 years experience in a Leadership/ supervisor position
SAP Experience
Motivation interpersonal skills and ability to work with teams skillset
Able to work in a dynamic environment
Available to work in different shifts as required by the business including weekends.
60% Spanish and English
Knowledge of ERP systems in Materials
Microsoft Office experience (Excel specifically).

Bachelors Degree or currently studying career in related area
CTPAT and OEA knowledge
