Job Summary:
Provide transportation operations support through the execution of shipment consolidation carrier / mode selection tender track / trace and issue resolution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor System for new order activity
- Utilize TMS to consolidate orders / deliveries into optimized shipments
- Utilize TMS to select carriers for shipments in compliance with routing guide commitments
- Communicate detailed shipment information to selected carriers (Tender Shipment)
- Monitor response of carriers to tendered shipments
- Take alternate action in the event of a carrier refusal
- Track /trace existing orders through delivery
- Proactively communicate service failures by carriers to affected internal customers (O2I SNP DCs Plants)
- Proactively resolve carrier service issues through determination and execution of alternative delivery method
- Track and report carrier performance data to facilitate service level improvement (ie; tender acceptance % On-time Arrival / Delivery)
Qualifications:
- Level of Education: Bachelor degree in International Business/ Affairs Logistics related.
- Google Tools or Microsoft Tools.
- Knowledge in SAP (Desirable)
- Advanced level of English
- Experience in Exports/imports
