根据全国零售策略及大区策略制订辖区业务发展计划并予以落实
指导代表区域业务发展计划完成区域门店销售目标
合理分配资源指导零售代表做好门店业务管理
和门店建立紧密的合作关系洞察门店的业务机会和合作机会及时做出行动计划
明确日常工作标准及要求确保一线代表按照要求完成日常工作
驱动团队完成活动计划并高质量执行确保实现销售目标
与头部连锁药店建立紧密的合作关系确保诺和诺德产品在连锁客户内部的重视度
借助连锁总部资源加强诺和的产品准入持续提升诺和诺德产品在连锁门店覆盖率达到公司要求
持续探索零售渠道创新项目设计或执行创新项目寻求市场新增长机会最大化与合作连锁的共享价值以超越达成目标
保留并发展人才有效贯彻执行部门一切政策工作目标始终与部门目标保持一致
鼓励和支持员工的个人发展做好团队人员梯队管理发展人才保持团队的平稳
确保团队行为符合NN之道及其他相关合规要求

You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
