Our MS PKI team is a part of the Trust and Security Services organization built a Service Fabric based distributed system to provide Certificate services to Microsoft. The system weve built delivers reliable and efficient cryptographic PKI solutions to all products and services that we produce in the company. We are now actively investing to bring cryptographic innovations to our customers as well as building a highly available PKI service in Azure our customers. Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or related technical degree or equivalent experience

Software Service development experience

Experience in C# Python C/C Java or other high-level programming languages.

Ability to meet Microsoft customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong knowledge and high scale distributed system design/architecture

Working knowledge in software security digital asset security cryptography is desired

Excellent problem-solving skills troubleshooting and organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to learn fast and self-motivated

Experience with Service Fabric knowledge in Linux system and OpenSSL web services and Azure technology are strong plus

Please note this position will require you to travel to be onsite at some of Microsoft Dublin Data Centres.

Responsibilities

Design and develop high scale Azure Services to bring PKI solution to first/third party customers

Work with large scale on-prem service environments and Azure services to implement hybrid cloud PKI solution

Design and implement new features for Microsoft internal and external customers

Build prototypes and participate/drive architectural discussions

DevOps support for live services

Work closely with external teams such as Windows Azure Office Xbox Visual Studio and others across Microsoft.
