About the Role

St Peters Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to perform the tenured position of Secondary Years Year Level Coordinator. Reporting to the Head of Sub School youll work collaboratively with senior leaders to support the daily management of Secondary Years. As Secondary Years Year Level Coordinator youll provide strong student centred focus to encourage support and assist with the personal growth and development of students to enable them to achieve their individual aspirations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled educator to continue to have direct oversight and decisive decision making with a focus on shared team approach in managing the cohort in collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the day-to-day running of their year level as part of the wider school community.
• Reflect the ethos of the College as both a Lutheran institution and a Prep 12 school in the formulation of culture in the Year Group.
• Overall responsibility for the behaviour management of students in their year level in liaison with the Deputy Student Welfare.
• To inform the Head of the Sub School about significant details relating to their year level.
• Responsibility for the welfare of students in their year level in liaison with Counsellors and other staff.
• To develop a cohesive and effective team of Form Class Teachers.
