What Youll Do
As an Entry-Level Quality Control Technician youll support our experienced technicians by taking on tasks that help keep projects running smoothly. You wont be expected to arrive with advanced skills - just reliability enthusiasm and the willingness to learn. Over time youll gain hands-on training and industry knowledge that can set you up for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with day-to-day tasks and project preparation
- Learn and follow basic measurement and installation procedures
- Use a tape measure accurately and confidently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support the team by handling tasks that help reduce workload on senior technicians
- Follow safety and quality guidelines with strong attention to detail
What Were Looking For
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn - no previous industry experience needed
- Ability to read and use a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
- Willingness to take direction and ask questions when needed
- Dependability and good communication skills

Safety Sensitive Position:
This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work in a heavy manufacturing facility with various safety hazards which are potentially life-threatening to the employee and Team Members without proper safety precautions. This position may require working at heights in confined spaces around heavy equipment and under constantly changing circumstances. This position may also entail project site work at night and on weekends on an as needed basis. Team Members will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies due to these safety risks.
