Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for a job in Millsboro DE.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions including exercises manual therapy and functional mobility training.
Educate patients and families on therapy goals home exercise programs and safety techniques.
Document treatment sessions assessments and progress accurately in the EMR.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary rehab teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Ensure adherence to facility protocols therapy standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Active Delaware Physical Therapist license.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Minimum 12 years of PT experience preferred (or as accepted by facility).
Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and patient-care abilities.
