The Opportunity

As a Consultant in the Tech Consulting team you will play a vital role in assisting organisations deliver successful outcomes for some of the worlds largest and most complex programs be it Government Reform Power and Utilities Infrastructure Transformation and others.

This role is based in Pōneke (Wellington).

Your key responsibilities

Skills and attributes for success

• Bring 1-3 years of experience along with a strong passion for solving complex business problems and designing innovative results-driven solutionsaligned with our purpose of building a better working world.

• Thrive in fast-paced evolving environments collaborating with teams to design and deliver innovative high-impact solutions.

• Work closely with project teams to identify solutions resolve issues. Value teamwork creativity and driving meaningful change that makes a tangible difference.

• Consulting and Analytical Expertise: Experience working with IT in a consulting capacity with a strong analytical mindset to assess and solve complex challenges.
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written across stakeholders within and outside the company. Skilled at coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
