What Youll Do:

Working at our Traralgon branch and reporting to the Branch Manager youll focus on building strong customer relationships with local farmers primary producers and trade customers by:

Delivering outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone building strong client relationships
Assisting with sales and marketing initiatives to drive branch performance.
Accurately processing counter sales manage stock levels and perform regular stocktakes.
Handling goods dispatch and receipt including loading/unloading trucks and completing local deliveries.
Maintaining compliance with EH&S policies and ensure safe handling of hazardous substances.

What Youll Bring:

Previous exposure to agriculture or rural merchandise sales.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Practical experience in stock control inventory processes and warehouse operations.
A team-oriented approach with flexibility to assist across branch functions.
