Role Description
The Machine Operator position involves operating a variety of simple machines in a manufacturing environment during the night shift. Responsibilities include conducting general maintenance and repair of machinery performing regular equipment checks and addressing operational issues. Adherence to all safety protocols is essential. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. with mandatory overtime and weekend work required.
Qualifications
Good math and mechanical skills
CNC experience preferred but not required
Proficiency with hand tools
Effective communication skills with peers and supervisors
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Must pass a background check and drug screening
