Your future role

Youll discover a complex business with complex accounting procedures and processes where you can continuously learn and develop and create value add to our deliverables and tasks with your creative ideas. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (local accounting and reporting managers controlling organizations various finance and business functions) identifying risks and opportunities in terms of costs gross margins and cash impact sustaining the business strategy and overall transformation.
Well look to you for:
- Ensure all financial data are collected processed & analyzed in a timely manner
- Prepare actual financial results / forecast compare with Budget and Plan and perform variance analysis provide timely insights for business decision making
- Improve and streamline finance processes and planning
- Maintain and enhance financial analytical reporting systems
- Reporting contents: simplify and standardize various financial reports
- Analysis of Cash KPIs (Free cash flow EBIT to Cash Operating working capital overdues down payments)
- Contributes budgeting & monthly reporting activities for all Cash Related items
- Forex management - management of hedging relations and Teranga reporting of FX exposure
- Participate in the preparation and presentation of monthly business reviews
- Indirect cost center controlling Overhead & Contract reporting
- Work with the Region Finance Analysts and functions controllers and ensure proper alignment
- Establish a close working relationship with the Treasury/Tax/Accounting & Consolidation/Investor Relations Teams
- Identify possible margin improvements detect trends & possible KPIs evolutions
- Preparation of BR maker files for Contract Database Under or Over recovery Closing file Tenders FTE NOE analysis file other GM analysis
- Preparation of NOE analysis file with analysis and reaching out to RIs

- Finance degree or any other relevant discipline (Finance / Business / Economics related);
- 5 years Experience in Finance/Accounting processes and systems;
- Proficiency in the use of Excel and PowerPoint knowledge of SAP is a plus;
- Fluent in English;
- Strong general business understanding and experience in complex multi-national organizations;
- Previous experience in accounting roles(AP AR CM Treasury GL CL);
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving;
- Communication & Teamwork inside and outside GFC;
- Excellent time management and organizational ability;
- Positive and proactive attitude with resilience under pressure;
- Strong communication abilities in handling time sensitive topics together with more senior positions (Local / Group);
- Attention to Detail / Task Oriented Mindset;
- Management of complex topics;
- Comfort with financial data and ability to transform into clear/concise messages;
- Previous experience in Internal Control and Audit is a plus;
- Another European language would be a plus;
- Advanced tools experience is a plus (SAP GSI Teranga Qlikview Polaris Power Automate Power Query).
