We are now looking for a Global Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to play a key role in this exciting this strategic and hands-on role youll be an integral part of our dynamic Global HR team helping to shape and drive the development of our talent across all levels of the organization. Youll report to the Senior Director of Talent Management & Leadership working cross-functionally to create a culture of continuous learning growth and leadership excellence.

Your Impact

As Global Learning & Development Manager you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative learning experiences that build capability unlock potential and support our people and leadership development ambitions globally. Youll co-create and execute a forward-looking L&D strategy aligned with our transformation agenda and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-develop and implement a global learning & development strategy aligned with Corbions strategic goals and people priorities.
• Partner with business leaders HRBPs and subject matter experts to assess capability gaps and development needs across functions and geographies.
• Design and deliver impactful learning programs leadership development initiatives and scalable learning experiences at global regional and local levels.
• Leverage digital learning technologies including our Learning Management System (LMS) to provide innovative accessible and measurable learning solutions.
• Select and manage relationships with external partners consultants and vendors to complement internal capabilities.
• Define and measure learning effectiveness through robust feedback loops data and analytics to continuously improve impact and engagement.
• Stay current with L&D best practices emerging trends and technologies to ensure Corbion remains a learning organization at the forefront of talent development.
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in HR Education Organizational Development Business or related field; Masters preferred.
• 810 years of progressive L&D experience including leadership development in complex and global environments.
• A proven track record of co-developing and executing global learning strategies and programs.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in learning approaches tools and technologies.
• Excellent facilitation communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to strategize in the morning and implement in the afternoona true hands-on leader and team player.

Preferred Qualifications

• L&D or HR certifications (e.g. CPTD SHRM-SCP ATD).
• Experience working in a multinational matrixed organization.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills to track ROI and drive insights.
