- Evaluate patients physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapy programs to improve mobility relieve pain and prevent or limit physical disabilities.
- Provide manual therapy therapeutic exercises and use of specialized equipment.
- Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Education:Graduate of an accreditedPhysical Therapy program.
- Licensure:ActivePhysical Therapist licensein the current state.
- Experience:Minimum1 year of clinical experiencepreferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
- Certifications:CurrentBLS/CPR certification
