Job Overview: Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingPhysical Therapist.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapy programs to improve mobility relieve pain and prevent or limit physical disabilities.
  • Provide manual therapy therapeutic exercises and use of specialized equipment.
  • Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Education:Graduate of an accreditedPhysical Therapy program.
  • Licensure:ActivePhysical Therapist licensein the current state.
  • Experience:Minimum1 year of clinical experiencepreferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
  • Certifications:CurrentBLS/CPR certification
