About the role:
As a Contact Care Consultant youll be contacting existing customers to arrange appointments to come into our clinic for free hearing checks. Its a busy role in a people focused environment where youre well supported by the team around you and by your team leader.
- Outbound calling with a targetted number of dials an hour with the aim of booking 18 appointments per day.
- We prioritise customer care and service when calling theres very little objection handling.
- Verifying customers information handling voicemail and email enquiries and meeting daily and monthly KPIs that are based on volume of dials made and the number of appointments you set.
- A permanent role 40 hours per week within our Contact Centres operating times.
- Flexible shifts you decide between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday after your induction period.
