The Clinical Therapist facilitates individual and family therapy with an assigned caseload in a community-based program.
Clients are seen in office schools and homes. Participates in treatment planning and evaluation within the context of an interdisciplinary team.
Opportunity to provide some telehealth sessions and other services within our three offices in the community.
Completes all documentation that supports the provision and progression of services. Collaborates with treatment teams in initial assessing and planning as well as for on-going monitoring and evaluation of the needs of the client.
Provides clinical input and recommendations to the treatment team. Works with other members of the treatment team as needed to develop crisis intervention strategies. May at times assist with transportation of clients for: court home visits appointments etc.

Seeking a compassionate licensed or limited license therapist to provide therapy for our clientele. The ideal candidate has at least two years of post-graduate experience in the field strong clinical skills and confidence working with trauma. Experience and a desire to work with teens is a plus. They are passionate about providing excellent client care work well independently and have good organizational and time management skills.
Type of Position: Fulltime 1099 Contractor 25-30 clinical hours per week.
Compensation: Starting at $55 - $75
Therapists are paid a flat rate per session. As a contractor you are responsible for taxes and malpractice insurance.
Hours: Part- and Full-time availability working at least 15 hours per week with ability to go up to 30 hours a week or more. Flexibility to negotiate scheduled hours. Office hours available Monday through Sunday 8am-9pm. Immediate clients to place and caseload will build over time.

- works well independently and wants flexibility in their schedule and work setting;
- enjoys getting notes completed the day that services took place (strict documentation guidelines)
- strong sense of commitment to clients and can show up for clients every week
Primary responsibilities:
- Offer a mutually agreed-upon number of clinical therapy hours per week with the flexibility to gradually increase/decrease the caseload. The therapist has the ability to work up to 30 hours per week or more.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date timely electronic chart records including treatment plans assessments and session notes.
Qualifications of ideal candidates include:
- A masters degree or PhD in social services or a related field.
- A current valid license to practice in the state of Kentucky CSW LPCA LCSW LMFT LPC. Preference for fully licensed therapist but consideration given to provisionally licensed therapist with training in a specific modality and previous mental health experience.
- Completed basic training in treatment modalities such as DBT CBT Motivational Interviewing etc.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills emotional intelligence and the ability to establish rapport with clients to create a trusting therapeutic relationship.
- Sensitivity to cultural ethnic and socioeconomic diversity and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly.
- Adherence to ethical guidelines and strict confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and use of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
