Are you passionate about cars and driven by helping others As a Grants Pass Toyota Parts Professional you wont just work with partsyoull play a key role in keeping our technicians equipped our service department efficient and our customers safely on the road.

Were looking for someone who loves the automotive world and finds fulfillment in being of this role youll source and organize parts for in-shop repairs maintain inventory systems and help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Youll work with cutting-edge computer programs and contribute to quality control every step of the way.

Duties and Responsibilities

Complete all shipping and receiving duties including checking in shipments verifying accuracy organizing stock and preparing outgoing orders.
Locate and distribute the correct parts and accessories to shop technicians quickly and accurately.
Correctly price parts and accessories using approved systems and enter information into the proper documents and computer platforms.
Participate in inventory reconciliation and cycle counts as needed.
Maintain a clean organized and efficient parts department and storage areas.
Provide accurate parts information and offer available solutions when appropriate.
Follow all company policies procedures and safety standards.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Companys Vision Mission and Values when working with coworkers and suppliers.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Experience in the automotive industry
Proficient in computer applications and software
Strong team collaboration skills
Precise organizational accuracy
