Job Summary
CCaSS Partner Riyadh MENA
Driving market growth delivering high-quality sustainability services and serving as a trusted advisor to senior clients. Shapes strategy builds talent and ensures the practice meets EYs quality risk and financial expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market & Growth Leadership
Set and execute the CCaSS market strategy.
Drive revenue growth through opportunity origination and expansion of key accounts.
Act as a visible thought leader on climate ESG and sustainability.
2. Client Leadership
Advise Boards and C-suite on sustainability strategy climate risks and ESG reporting.
Oversee delivery of large complex engagements.
Ensure consistently high service quality and client satisfaction.
3. Practice & People Leadership
Lead and develop the CCaSS team; mentor senior talent.
Foster an inclusive high-performance culture aligned to EY values.
Build capabilities and recruit to support growth plans.
4. Quality Risk & Compliance
Ensure engagements meet EY Quality & Risk Management requirements.
Oversee compliance with key sustainability and ESG frameworks.
Safeguard independence and manage reputational risk.
5. Financial & Operational Management
Deliver business plans forecasts and profitability targets.
Manage pricing resourcing and overall commercial performance.
Collaborate with other EY service lines on integrated solutions.
Experience & Skills
Senior leadership experience in sustainability climate ESG or related fields.
Strong track record in business development and delivery of major engagements.
Credibility with senior executives and external stakeholders.
Deep expertise in one or more CCaSS areas (ESG reporting climate strategy decarbonisation etc.).
Excellent commercial strategic and communication skills.
