Description
The Kearney Womens Scholarship is open to female citizens or permanent residents of a Central Eastern European country (Bucharest Ljubljana Prague Warsaw Zagreb) who are university students in their second year of undergrad through their final year of graduate study.
The recipient will be provided with the following:
- Up to 10000 to be used to support either their next year of study or other education-related activities
- Mentorship from a senior female consultant
- A 10-week internship in one of our CEE offices (Bucharest Ljubljana Prague Warsaw Zagreb)
- Access to all in-house trainings

Our Womens Scholarship Finalists Day will be held in Kearney Warsaw office. Shortlisted finalists must be available to attend the event in person. Kearney will support travel expenses. If circumstances require the date may change or the event may shift to an online format.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of English and one of the local languages of Central Eastern Europe: Croatian Czech Polish Romanian or Slovenian (proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus)
- Proven record of academic excellence
- International experience (work or study)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities
- Forward-thinking and collaborative approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
