Position overview:

Our future Production Planner will have as main missions production scheduling logistics operations and customer service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedules production taking in consideration all the existing constraints and customers needs as priority.
• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple projects.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay in production and shipping.
• Monitor the production realizations vs schedules by work center.
• Follow customer orders communication and variation and report all related issues.
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
• Respect the Targets such as inventory levels service rate.
• Support in the new Launches and ensure a smooth Production EOL for the assigned projects.
• Collaborate with all parties to ensure coverage of customer

Key skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma: Further education or certification is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
• Working knowledge of MRP MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good at math and statistics.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in both English & French languages spoken and written Spanish is a plus.
