Position Overview:
We are seeking a Help Desk Support (Level 1) professional to provide front-line technical assistance and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will support users across various communication channels troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure timely resolution through proper documentation and escalation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support via phone email and in-person communications.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues including:
- Assist with onboarding tasks such as creating user accounts and configuring hardware.
- Support audio/video equipment in conference rooms.
- Document all support interactions in the ticketing/tracking system.
- Escalate issues as needed and communicate recurring trends to management.
- Work within established processes and follow documented configuration steps for complex issues.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality customer service at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience delivering high-quality customer service across phone email and in-person communication channels.
- 2 years of experience assisting users with varying technological proficiency.
- 2 years of experience supporting computers Microsoft Office Suite Windows 10 Adobe products and general IT troubleshooting.
- 1 year of hands-on experience with Active Directory.
- 1 year experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
