Job Summary
This position develops and delivers performance excellence training consulting facilitation and coaching services to businesses government agencies economic development organizations nonprofits and communities.Services may address Baldrige framework organizational developmentleadershipandstrategyworkforceandotherareasimportanttocustomergrowth and success.
Responsibilities
- Developing customer relationships
- Preparing project proposals
- Developing/delivering training consulting facilitation and coaching services to advance CIS sand IPS internal performance excellence efforts.
- Thispositionhasprojectadministrativeresponsibilitiesthatmayincludeprojectmanagement financialmanagementrecordkeepingandothertaskstoensureprojectsuccessand compliance with university and funding partner requirements
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Education:Bachelors degree in business public administration or related field
- Experience:minimum 5 years of experience in organizational development performance improvement or related field
- Knowledge Skills Abilities:
- Knowledge of organizational development and performance excellence frameworks and practices
- Ability to listen to customer assess needs and translate into action plans
- Ability to develop and deliver complex consulting services; ability to interact with people at all levels of organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Problem solving and project management skills
- Computer skills (standard software packages).

- Location: Nashville TN
