The Oppurtinity:

We are currently looking for a Backoffice Specialist with German to join our growing team supporting business operations for our key markets. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data systems and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and accurate customer onboarding and maintenance processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Set-up and maintenance of new and existing customers in our systems.
  • Obtain further information for incomplete documents and check completed work for accuracy.
  • Independent processing of requests from our customers partners and third parties according to our SLAs and quality requirements.
  • Make changes and additions to clients further information for incomplete documents and check completed work for accuracy.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Close cooperation with Sales Department.

  • Very good verbal and written business communication skills in German and English.
  • Fluency in Polish.
  • Organizational and conceptual skills and a strong client focus.
  • Ability to perform data entry with little or no errors.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong willingness to evolve in a dynamic and growing business and international organization.
