**This is an onsite role that can be based out of either The Woodlands TX; New Orleans or Baton Rouge LA.All employees in this organization are required to be in the office or job site four days a week. Those outside of the area will need to relocate.**
Job Summary/Purpose
This position manages a portfolio of projects that are typically $30M or greater. Works with Supervisor/Contractors/Project Team both in the office and onsite to manage the development and delivery of projects to which he/she is assigned and focuses on the achievement of project cost and schedule objectives while achieving excellence in the areas of project safety quality and risk management. Works directly with Project Controls Specialist to ensure process alignment and proper project controls are implemented. Works with Finance group to ensure costs are managed change control is established and controlled and that contingency is properly controlled. Accountable for monitoring and coordinating site-based construction activities including those performed by contractors vendors and employees. Provides direct management and support to project team members throughout the project lifecycle. Works closely with Business Unit contractor representatives to achieve project objectives. Ensures compliance with approved policies and procedures.
