• Design implement and maintain high-performance scalable backend services that power our platform.
• Work on resilient distributed systems using Kafka for event-driven workflows and Redis for real-time fast data access and caching.
• Work collaboratively within a modern monorepo setup (e.g. Turborepo Nx or similar) contributing to shared libraries tooling and a coherent codebase
• Deploy our cloud-based applications in a Cloud Foundry and BTP environment.
• Take part in technical refinements to uncover details of solutions
• Bring up new ideas on adaily basis

What You Bring

You have a fierce drive to build scalable reliable backend systems for the cloud. You thrive on new technologies break complex problems into elegant solutions and flourish as part of a collaborative fast-paced team.

• University degree in Software Engineering or a related field with 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Solid experience in at least one modern backend language (e.g. Java C# Go).Our current stack is based on but experience in other backend languages (Java C# Go etc.) is equally welcome.
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts; Ideally some experience with Kafka (or similar messaging/streaming systems) and Redis (or similar caching technologies).
• Proven experience developing enterprise-level applications.
• Familiarity with or motivation to work in monorepo environments and tools like Turborepo Nx or similar.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps methodologies is desirable but not mandatory.
• Fluent English language skills bothwritten and spoken
