Knowledge Skills: & Abilities
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- 3rd party payer knowledge.
- Basic personal computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to type or keyboard entry.
- Requires effective customer service and organizational skills.
- Requires ability to communicate via documentation telephone computer and verbally.
