Salary:
Location: Wolverhampton (Onsite with occasional working from home)

About the Role
Ready to lead IT operations and make a real impact Were looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to take charge of technology initiatives that keep our business secure efficient and future-ready. Youll manage infrastructure networks and security while driving innovation and delivering projects that matter.

What Youll Do

Oversee IT operations across infrastructure networks applications and security.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party providers.
Lead IT projects from concept to completion ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Provide clear reporting on IT performance risks and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with data protection and industry regulations.
Collaborate with teams to implement best-practice solutions.
Manage the IT team of 4 including 1 in India.

What Were Looking For

Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure enterprise applications and cloud technologies.
Experience in cybersecurity risk management and compliance.
Strategic thinker with hands-on capability when needed.
