Personal Lines Account Executive (Remote)
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Executive (PL AE) to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary: $65000 - $80000 annually plus new business commissions (selling is not a requirement).
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including UnitedHealthcare (UHC) with 50% of the employees premium covered.

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business focused on standard Personal Lines and middle-market accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Collaborate with the Personal Lines team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Ezlynx software.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Ezlynx software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication abilities both written and verbal.
- Outgoing and personable with a positive attitude.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and growing organization.
