Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking CNA LTC for an exciting Travel or Local job in Sedona AZ.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including bathing dressing grooming and feeding.
Assist residents with mobility transfers and activities of daily living (ADLs).
Monitor and document patient conditions vital signs and behavior changes.
Support nursing staff with medication administration and other clinical tasks as needed.
Maintain a safe clean and comfortable environment for residents.
Communicate effectively with residents families and healthcare team members.
Skills
Strong knowledge of long-term care procedures and patient safety
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to assist with ADLs and mobility support
Attention to detail and adherence to clinical protocols
Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Required
Experience in long-term care (LTC) preferred
BLS (American Heart Association) Preferred
