Job Summary:

• Responsible for the activities of the shift including assignment of work and resource allocation of staff equipment assignments and scheduling.
• Utilizes standards guidelines protocols and pathways for optimal care delivery and unit workflow.
• Actively participates in Quality Improvement direct observations and medical record reviews.
• Acts as the clinical expert and resource for staff
• Supports unit management in activities to meet department goals.
• Participates in evaluating coaching and mentoring staff under the direction of the clinical manager and department director.

Position Details:

• Interventional Angio
• Full-time 40 hours/week benefitted
• 8-hour day shifts

To succeed in this role you will need the following:

• MarylandRN License (or other Nurse Licensure Compact state)
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR
• BSN required
• 3-5 years experience
• 1 years charge nurse experience in clinical area

Salary Range: Minimum 46.18/hour - Maximum 71.58/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
