The Global Graduate Programme in British American Tobacco targets to develop graduates into junior management level our Global Graduate Programme you will work in a real job context with genuine responsibility; rotate through different teams within your function. The Trainee with proven potential and performance record will be provided excellent career advancement opportunities within the organization after graduation.

FUNCTIONS: Choose your path and make an impact!

Marketing

At Marketing you will leverage cutting-edge innovation and technology to deliver outstanding consumer experiences. Youll create and launch dynamic campaigns swiftly adapt to market feedback and shape how consumers perceive and interact with our products. Bring your creativity data-driven mindset and passion for influencing brand perception.

Commercial

At Commercial you will drive sales growth by forging long-term relationships with key customers expanding distribution channels and identifying untapped market opportunities. Youll use product insights and market expertise to ensure our offerings reach consumers everywhere. If you love developing strategic solutions and connecting with people this function is for you.

Operations

At Operations you will manage the end-to-end supply chain to procure essential materials and services at the right cost time and quality. Youll negotiate with suppliers oversee contracts and continuously optimize processes for maximum efficiency. This role is ideal for those who thrive on balancing speed quality and cost.

HR

At HR you will shape the employee experience by overseeing payroll recruitment and fostering a positive work environment. Youll be instrumental in talent management employee engagement and professional development initiatives that drive our culture forward. Finance

At Finance you will analyze market trends create forecasts and guide strategic investment decisions to ensure our companys growth. Youll provide critical insights through in-depth reporting and risk assessments helping optimize resource allocation. If youre detail-oriented analytical and eager to influence decisions Finance is the place for you.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Having a recognized Bachelor or Masters degree
• Fluency in Japanese and English
• Energetic self-motivated result-driven highly adaptable and able to work independently
• Excellent academic track record
• Fresh graduates and professionals of up to 3 years experience are welcome to apply
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities
• Exceptional communication skills strong interpersonal team building and negotiation skills
