Job Summary

The General Cleaner performs cleaning services at the customer site in Washington DC. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks.

Key Job Functions

Daily cleaning of all facility suites to include but not limited to private restrooms conference rooms pulling trash vacuuming and dusting of all offices
Water Fountains - Clean top sides and bottom and dust the air vents
Glass Doors - Wipe and clean all glass doors (remove all fingerprints and marks)
Vending Areas /kitchens - pantries Clean counter tops tables wipe vending machines sweep and remove all debris and trash; Use of a Rubbermaid mop to remove all spillage. Placing wet floor signs when needed
Perform other job related duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Some custodial experience preferred
Ability to work independently or as a team member
Ability to communicate effectively and follow oral and written instruction
Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
