The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Generative AI Development team you will design develop and rigorously test innovative AI applications that drive business transformation. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems mentor junior team members and maintain elevated standards while building meaningful client relationships. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to impactful AI solutions that enhance organizational performance.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- 4 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- 4 years of experience in IT and 23 years in AI/ML

- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic AI frameworks

- Proficiency in Python LangChain and LlamaIndex

- Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices for AI deployment

- Familiarity with bias mitigation and Responsible AI principles

- Experience in building chatbots or intelligent assistants

- Exposure to multi-modal AI and enterprise data integration

- Continuous learning in GenAI and agentic AI ecosystem
