We are an innovative technology company specializing in communication solutions - from email and team chat via audio and video conferences calendar and contact synchronization to document sharing and collaborative editing. All accessible in a unified environment supported across major browsers desktop and mobile platforms and running both in the cloud and locally.
We are seeking a skilled Software Training Content Creator who will be responsible for creating revising and expanding user-oriented and administrative educational materials for our software. These materials may take the form of instructional videos presentations or written documents.
What Youll Do:
Develop clear how to guides and walkthroughs for IceWarp tools tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Create and revise educational materials for end users and administrators.
Prepare documentation presentations and scripts in both Czech and English.
Record and edit basic instructional videos.
Use AI tools (Large Language Models) to enhance content creation and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of all produced materials.
Job requirements
What Were Looking For:
Proficiency in Czech and English (written and spoken).
Proven ability to create structured how to guides tutorials or step-by-step instructions for software tools.
Ability to perform basic video editing.
Experience working with modern AI tools for content creation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in teaching training or knowledge transfer to adult audiences.
Understanding of communication protocols such as SMTP IMAP and other modern messaging standards.
