An experienced Store Manager is needed at our Vinnies store in Wollongong Crown Street one who can implement great strategies to effectively drive team and sales performance. Utilise your knowledge and experience on effective ways to generate customers interest on the best on offer in-store. Building positive connections with the community is a vital aspect of this role as sales generated provide funds for our services.
Your Responsibility
- Leading growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
- Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer every time
- Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
- Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
- Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting pricing and placement
- Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
- Role-modelling a safety first culture in store
- Use the companys mission and values to support decision making act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store
You Will Need
- Experience in managing retail stores preferably fashion and/or high-volume retail
- Strong leadership skills; with good fashion sense
- Strong focus on customer experience
- Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people training and coaching
- Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
