What Youll Do:

Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in skilled nursing assisted living and home-based settings.
Provide high-quality treatment (COTAs implement plans designed by an OTR).
Support residents in improving functional abilities such as ADLs mobility dressing bathing and grooming.
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and participate in care planning goal-setting and family communication.
Contribute to a resident-centered functional-focused therapy approach that enhances quality of life.

What Were Looking For:

Active Wisconsin OTR or COTA license.
Strong communication critical thinking and time management skills.
Passion for working with older adults.
Reliability flexibility and a positive team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a an Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant.
