You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you will lead the development of innovative AI-enabled solutions that drive worth for our clients. As a Manager you will supervise and mentor teams delivering quality outputs while cultivating meaningful client relationships and navigating complex challenges.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Demonstrating knowledge of data architecture and management
- Analyzing source systems for ETL/ELT processes
- Building complex scalable analytics solutions

- Understanding and implementing process design and data models
