About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Healthcare Support Specialist who is fluent in Portuguese and English. You will provide professional assistance to clients and patients by responding to inquiries related to healthcare services. This is a fully remote role offering the flexibility to work from home anywhere in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support to Portuguese- and English-speaking clients in the healthcare sector.
Assist with inquiries regarding medical services appointments patient information and general healthcare guidance.
Maintain accurate data in internal systems and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams for case resolution and escalations.
Uphold excellent communication and problem-solving skills across all channels (phone email chat).

Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese (C1/C2).
Good English level (B2 or higher) for internal communication.
Previous experience in customer support healthcare services or administrative roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection.
Must be located in Bulgaria.
