SAP Data Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Data Architect to join our dynamic IT team. The SAP Data Architect will be responsible for designing developing and implementing robust SAP data architecture solutions in alignment with organizational goals. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders IT leadership and project teams to ensure data integrity security and accessibility across SAP platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end SAP data architecture solutions including data models data flows and integration strategies.
Develop and enforce data governance policies and best practices to ensure data quality consistency and security.
Lead the planning and execution of SAP data migration transformation and integration projects.
Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable architecture.
Assess existing data management processes and recommend enhancements for improved performance and reliability.
Develop data mapping data lineage and metadata management strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal data standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data analysts engineers and developers.
Stay current with SAP product roadmaps emerging technologies and industry trends.
Document architectural decisions processes and procedures.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years experience in SAP data architecture data modeling and data integration.
Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA SAP BW/4HANA SAP Data Services and related SAP data tools.
Strong knowledge of data governance data quality management and data security best practices.
Experience with ETL tools data warehousing and big data technologies.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
U.S. residency required; applications from outside the U.S. will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications
SAP certification(s) in relevant domains.
Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g. SAP Data Intelligence Azure AWS).
Familiarity with industry compliance standards (e.g. GDPR HIPAA).
Compensation and Benefits

Annual Salary: $140000 $180000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
