A Snapshot of your Day
In this role you safely set up and operate manual machining equipment including horizontal and vertical milling machines lathes and/or vertical turret lathes. You are accountable for meticulously ensuring detailed machining and performing inspections on parts to uphold high-quality repair standards. Your day involves a blend of technical expertise and problem-solving to ensure the flawless operation and accuracy of rotating & reciprocating machinery component repairs.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
What You Bring
2 years of Machinist experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to read and follow blueprints
Ability to consistently apply precision measurement tools to 0.0005
Ability to operate manual Lathe/VTL/ and/or Horizontal Boring and Milling Machine independently
Ability to lift 30 kg / 75 lbs. Strong attention to detail
