Essential functions:
- Mechanical design and assembly of optical systems to validate its correct function with automated tests.
- Optimization of the test rigs to be as space efficient as possible for a large scale test lab.
- Participation in engineering meetings and contribution of creative ideas and solutions to technical challenges.
- Documenting and reporting results analyses and recommendations in a clear and precise manner.
- Hands-On Mentality
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Currently enrolled student in Mechanical Engineering or a related field of study.
- Proficient language skills in English.German is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
