Position : Outbound Sales Assistant
Working Schedule : 12pm-8pm South Africa Time
Salary Range :$1250-$1500 USD Monthly Commission (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Overview
We are hiring a full-time Outbound Sales and Prospecting Specialist to support our growth in the United States employee benefits and insurance market. This is a long-term career-building role for someone who is motivated organized and excited about earning significant income through both base salary growth and commission.
You will be responsible for researching high-quality prospects sending highly personalized cold emails (no mass emailing) and executing a multi-touch outreach process inside HubSpot. Once a prospect expresses any interest your role is complete and the sales process transitions to our in-house team.
The long-term upside in this position is substantial. Consistent performance leads to rapid salary increases and higher commission percentages. After a few years in the role a high-performing team member can earn a strong full-time income from base salary alone plus additional commissions.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Research
- Identify mid-sized businesses in Southeast Texas that fit our ideal client profile
- Target CFOs HR Directors business owners and similar decision-makers
- Conduct deep research on each company and contact using LinkedIn Facebook news and corporate websites
- Add 30 to 40 new researched prospects to HubSpot each week (flexible based on quality)
Outbound Email Outreach
- Write highly personalized cold emails using provided templates and training
- Maintain a low-volume high-quality email style with strong personalization
- Avoid AI-generated writing and maintain an authentic human tone
- Send all outreach through HubSpot and Outlook to ensure tracking and compliance
- Manage follow-up stages within HubSpot sequences
CRM Management
- Log all activity accurately inside HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise
- Maintain clean organized records and avoid duplicate contacts
- Ensure all relevant fields are complete before outreach
Training and Development
- Learn the United States employee benefits and Medicare markets during the first 2 to 3 weeks
- Learn our outbound style tools and research methods
- Begin light outreach by week 3
- Fully operate the outbound process independently by week 6
- Participate in two weekly check-in meetings (Monday and Fridaysubject to change)
Potential Future Responsibilities
- Cold calling (optional and only once capable of speaking confidently about US benefits)
- Expanded outbound responsibilities as our company grows
- Expanded leadership opportunities contingent on performance
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in the same role
- Proficiency in the following:

- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong ability to research and synthesize detailed information
- Highly organized and able to manage detailed sequences in HubSpot
- Strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning multiple software platforms
- Self-starter who can work independently without micromanagement
- Comfortable working a noon to 8 PM South Africa schedule (may adjust later)
