JOB DESCRIPTION:

The scope of our contract is to bring assistance with a right-hand Project Lead in the context of a fully automated factory environment undergoing major industrialization phases involving robotics mechatronics and advanced automation systems.

The Key responsibilities expected from our on-site delegate might include:

1. Supporting projects by facilitating communication and progress
- Ensure project progress by managing schedules budgets progress meetings and regular reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Support deployment on site by training production and maintenance teams and providing technical assistance during installation.

2. Supporting projects with rational and data-driven assessments
- Evaluate and validate equipment by coordinating tests qualification activities and process adjustments during industrialization.
- Analyze feedback and data from IoT and MES systems to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor technological and methodological trends to ensure integration of relevant Industry 4.0 practices.

3. Supporting projects through high-quality and detail-oriented execution
- Define and optimize manufacturing processes: analyze existing flows propose improvements and integrate automation and robotics.
- Collaborate with robotics mechatronics and automation teams to design and formalize work instructions operational sequences and standards.
- Prepare and write technical specifications select production equipment and implement automated processes during industrialization phases.
- Prepare prevention plans and technical documentation to support deployment and operational readiness.

The experience we are actively looking for:
- Engineering degree in industrialization methods industrial engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in industrialization or automation project management within complex industrial environments; experience in high-precision industries is a plus.
- Strong command of production methods and tools (LEAN FMEA 5S) and good understanding of automation and digitalization systems (MES ERP IoT).
- Strong organizational skills ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and results-oriented mindset.
- An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Valid single permit required for non-EU citizens.
