About the Role
The Sales Strategy & Analytics Analyst supports Sales leadership with accurate reporting forecasting inputs and data-driven insights. This role develops core performance dashboards analyzes pipeline and revenue trends and contributes to business reviews that help improve sales execution and predictability.
What youll do
Strategic Advisory & Business Partnership
- Support QBRs and WBRs with structured reporting and performance insights.
- Translate business questions into analyses that guide sales focus and resource allocation.
- Maintain Sales OKRs and performance scorecards.
Data-Driven Decision Making & Insights
- Analyze pipeline trends conversion metrics and leading indicators.
- Maintain and improve inputs to forecasting models.
- Use account and opportunity scoring models to support prioritization.
Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales RevOps and Finance to align on targets definitions and reporting.
- Produce concise reporting for managers and executives.
- Communicate findings using structured problem-solving and data storytelling.
What we expect from you
- Analytical Skills: Excel/Sheets / SQL / PowerBI proficiency; ability to analyze funnel metrics; comfort handling large datasets
- Business Acumen: Understanding of SaaS sales motions; basic knowledge of pipeline stages and forecasting concepts
- Communication: Clear summarization of insights; strong written communication; ability to present simple findings
- Tools & Systems: Experience with CRM (Hubspot preferred); BI tools (PowerBI SQL); ability to maintain dashboards
- Collaboration: Works effectively with Sales RevOps and Finance; takes direction well; proactive follow-up
- Execution & Ownership: Delivers accurate work on time; strong attention to detail; comfortable with ambiguity
