Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age frailty and serious illness. Daily tasks include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Critical to this role is strong communication and strong collaboration with patients providers and other members of our team. This role requires skills in assessment and medical history/record review immunizations collecting blood titer urine drug collections respirator fit testing and TB assessments.

- Assessment and medical history/record review
- Administering immunizations
- Collecting blood titers
- Collecting urine drug screens
- Performing respirator fit testing
- Conducting TB assessments
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Clinical Assessment Medication Administration and Treatment Planning skills
- Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Two years minimum of hospital home health or hospice care experience
- Drivers license car insurance and automobile for field work
Special Considerations:
- Floating to all other Work Day locations
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible adaptable dependable and punctual
Scheduling:
- Full time 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday 7:30 am 5:00 pm (8-hour shifts)
- No Saturday work
