Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have 6 10 years of professional administrative experience demonstrating exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication skills discretion and the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced administrative and organizational support to executives and team members.

  • Independently manage calendars schedules and appointments ensuring effective time management and prioritization of critical tasks.

  • Coordinate and organize meetings conferences and events including logistics agendas and follow-up actions.

  • Prepare edit and review documents reports presentations and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

  • Support budget management expense tracking and financial reporting ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders maintaining excellent communication and professional relationships.

  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience:
    • 6 10 years of progressive administrative support experience.

    • Experience supporting senior management or technical project teams preferred.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

    • Familiarity with scheduling systems collaboration tools (Teams SharePoint) and document management systems.
