We are seeking an experienced Advanced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have 6 10 years of professional administrative experience demonstrating exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication skills discretion and the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced administrative and organizational support to executives and team members.
Independently manage calendars schedules and appointments ensuring effective time management and prioritization of critical tasks.
Coordinate and organize meetings conferences and events including logistics agendas and follow-up actions.
Prepare edit and review documents reports presentations and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Support budget management expense tracking and financial reporting ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders maintaining excellent communication and professional relationships.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
6 10 years of progressive administrative support experience.
Experience supporting senior management or technical project teams preferred.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Familiarity with scheduling systems collaboration tools (Teams SharePoint) and document management systems.
